Imran is taking some kids from the Centre to watch the cricket. He invites Jas to join them and she accepts - it might take her mind of her exam results. Pradeep sees them at the cricket ground and walks over to ask why they're there, together. Jas quickly makes something up about writing a story for the newspaper on sporting role models and Pradeep believes it - he's ecstatic, thinking Jas has already got the job.

Simran and Jaggy are having lunch at Jodie's cafÃ©, and Jaggy is still on a high after the football match. Despite the red card, he thinks his performance could be his ticket out of Silver Street - but it seems Simran has other ideas. She's starting to like living there, and suggests buying the salon outright. She tells Jaggy she doesn't believe his excuses about the car breaking down yesterday, and Jaggy admits he was actually pulled over by the police but was too embarrassed to say.

Meanwhile, Pervaiz has been to the solicitors. He tells Zak he's changed his will so that he gets everything. Zak isn't impressed - he's still more concerned about the land problem and thinks his dad needs to act faster. He says he's going to get the cash to go to Mirpur too, but Pervaiz says he'd just make things worse. Zak heads out and Pervaiz collapses coughing. He calls out and Zak rushes back. Zak dials 999 and starts to say sorry to his dad - it's all his fault!
