It's the first day of the summer holidays and the Chauhan's are already having childcare problems. With Rita and Pradeep both working they ask Jas to help, but she refuses. Then Arun stuns them all by offering to do it - maybe he's trying to get back into their good books? Pradeep isn't sure about trusting him after the episode with the police. He tries to convince Arun to tell the truth about the burglars, but Arun says he won't grass - if he did, Gary and Saj would just make the whole family's life a misery.
Rozena and Imran are arguing at home when a huge bunch of roses arrives for Rozena. Later, she tells Rita that they're from Sameer, the guy she met at the speed dating night. Rozena says she's going to play it cool, but you can tell that actually she's really excited.
Jas visits Nadia at the salon. Nadia's in a much better mood, because Simran's agreed to let her run the beauty stall at the mela and do the make-up for the fashion show. Jas is worried she's taken on too much, but Nadia sees it as a chance to prove herself. And Jas has ideas for the mela too - she wants to organise a local heart throb competition!
Back at the Chauhan's, the police call again. They admit they never had any video evidence of Arun breaking the car window, and Arun refuses to break his silence. Needless to say Pradeep isn't pleased…
