Kamla and Jas spend a bit of time together and Kamla gives her her blue sari to keep, reducing Jas to tears and she realises just how much she is going to miss her. Kamla then sets off to leave and says her tearful goodbyes to everyone. Rita takes her to the airport and in the car Kamla gives her advice on all of the children.
Meanwhile at the NEC's Garden Show, Krishan keeps asking questions about Ba leaving and he worries about who is going to look after him after school, Pradeep reassures him that everything will be ok and it is something Ba must do.
At the airport, Rita checks that her mum has everything then breaks down in tears but they part on good terms. Kamla gets on the plane alone.
