What's it all about?
Behind this ordinary-looking exterior lives a man once famed across the country for his musical abilities - Mani Ray. Born and raised in Calcutta, Mani moved to England in 1968 and toured with numerous folk, rock and pop groups in the 1970s and '80s, before settling down to run Saffron Ray's restaurant in Silver Street.
The house was unoccupied for several months while Mani went travelling with his daughter, Jodie. Now they are back and Jodie has moved in with her dad along with boyfriend, Kuljit.

Classic moments:
- Mani telling Kuljit and Sway all about his hedonistic life in the '60s and '70s. - Kuljit finding a photograph, which proved Mani was lying when he told Jodie he didn't know she existed. - It's been the scene of some classic parties!
Did you know?
Sway's family all stayed at Mani's house when they came to Silver Street for Christmas one year.
