Jas and Arun were on my case again today to see a doctor. I said I'd go to the self-help groups and chat to other girls on the net but Jas says there aren't any for under 18s. There are other places but I'll need a referral from the doctor. She sure has done her homework! None of them can make me go though, can they?

Now Jas and Arun think I'm losing the plot. They want to book me in to see a doctor or maybe even get some counselling, they say I need "proper help". Whatever! I know if I go to the doc though, he'll grass me up to Mum and Dad. I just agreed in the end to shut them up. I couldn't believe it when Arun said that he kinda loves us. Dunno what came over him!

Jas met me outside school today, she wanted a chat. I think she's stalking me! She said I could skip drama club so I did and we went shopping together, great! Then she gave me 'the talk' that I'm binge eating and making myself sick and I need to admit I have a problem. It got me scared though and I started crying cos sometimes I don't know what I'm doing to myself and what if I can't stop? Jas says she loves me and her and Arun will help.
