Jalebi challenge

So the challenge that was set for me was to make a jalebi in the shape of the Asian Network logo.

The jalebi stand guys kindly let me have a go, and, after a bit of observing the masters, I went for it. Its sort of similar to icing a cake, really, in terms of squirting the ingredients from a bag with a hole in it into hot oil.

I was fairly successful and managed a temporary Asian Network logo in the hot oil, but, much to my disappointment it sort of disintegrated when we tried to lift it out!
