When looking for an anti-snap lock, there are a couple of things you can look out for:

  • SS312 Diamond approved cylinder, these usually have a diamond image on the lock.

  • TS007 3-star 3 star Kitemark logo - this indicates that it is protected against lock snapping.

  • BS3621 is a lock standard by British Standards Institute for thief-resistant locks, usually found underneath the Kitemark logo.
