Energy bills are going up, and if you're paying more, the least you can ask for is reliable customer service.
Citizens Advice has just published its latest data for England, Scotland, and Wales on the UK's largest energy suppliers based on three key categories - fewest complaints received, contact waiting time, and customer commitments. See here, external to compare the results.
