1951: Motorcycle phone system for Met Police

The Metropolitan Police show off their snazzy new radio motorcycle bikes.

“These motor bicycles are the first of the Metropolitan Police motor bicycles to be equipped with two-way wireless telephony,” explains the commissioner.
