Edward, Prince of Wales, delivers a speech on trade at a banquet given by the London Executive Committee of the British Empire Trade Exhibition, Buenos Aires. In this address, he encourages the delegates to be more ambitious in their trade negotiations in South America, specifically with the 'Argentine people'.
