As we mentioned last week, the world's biggest technology conference, CES, has just opened in Las Vegas.

Amongst the thousands of new inventions, three were very popular.

The first was 3-D televisions, a new technology that lets people watch 3-D films on a normal home television screen.

This new technology makes films appear more lifelike.

Another new technology allows people to charge their electronic equipment wirelessly!

The powermat lets you place your equipment on it and leave it to charge things for you without any need to use a standard charger.

The third invention which impressed BBC correspondents at the exhibition was a computer mouse that bounces.

Most companies and inventors keep their latest inventions secret and unveil them at the CES conference so that they can gain maximum publicity.
