Episode 2: A hungry business
The teams have to set up a catering service, providing a lunch and canapé party menu for busy professionals in the City of London. They have to make the food themselves and host the evening party.
Under pressure and with hungry mouths to feed, things quickly start to go wrong in the kitchen.
Will the teams manage to please the discerning city client? The boardroom looms for the losing team and Sir Alan can't be won over with a sandwich.
