Mark Murphy's marriage certificate

BBC Radio Suffolk presenter Mark Murphy has chosen his wedding certificate from Las Vegas.

Tens of thousands of happy couples from across the world tie the knot in Vegas each year. In fact, given that Mark married Lesely Dolphin (another BBC Radio Suffolk presenter) that means three staff members from the radio station got married on exactly the same spot!

"I never dreamed in a million years I'd get married in the wedding capital of the world, but I did!" said Mark.

"I surprised Lesley on the plane over the Atlantic Ocean, thank goodness she said yes.

"We had to queue up in downtown Vegas to get all our paperwork, then later in the week it was off to the Little Chapel of Flowers in a big white stretched limousine.

"We didn't have anybody sitting in the chapel with us apart from the holiday rep. who we hired in for the day to be our witness, but we did have people watching on the web-cam from around the world.

"I'll always remember that day, and I'll always treasure that certificate."
