WW1 medals

I inherited these medals from my grandfather from Malvern. They appear as follows from left to right in the photograph: 1914/15 Private E.J. Davies, 1914/18 George V, 1914/19 The Great War for Civilisation, July 1918 military medal received in Italy for "Bravery in the Field". A letter accompanies this medal. My grandfather didn't know he had won it until after the war when he was married. It's unusal to have four medals together.
