Most recently it was worn by Jackie Anthony when she was christened in 1970. It was already very old. Her mother was also christened in it in the late 1930s.
Normally you wouldn't wear fashion from 115 years ago, but you could wear christening robes.
Before this it was worn by Jackie's grandmother.
The original wearer of this robe was Lady Constance, a lady in wating at Arundel castle, home of the Duke of Norfolk.
This shows that people keep clothes for a really long time. Clothes mean a lot to people to show what has changed.
