Kiwi band The Naked And Famous have been making waves back at home this year, with their debut single, Young Blood, and album, Passive Me Aggressive You, both going to number one.
The band say its been 16 years since a New Zealand act reached No.1 in their home country with a debut single.
The Auckland band comprises of members David Beadle, Thom Powers, Aaron Short, Jesse Wood and Alisa Xayalith.
They have just been confirmed as headliners at one of the NME's Awards Show gigs next February, before which they are playing a handful of US dates and the Big Day Out festival in Australia.
They were in the UK earlier this month to give fans a taste of their euphoric live show. 6 Music's Mark Savage caught up with them to find out more.
