The travellers are now on a privately owned car park in Llanelli |
Travellers forced from Llanelli's millennium coastal park have set up home just a mile away in a carpark. The privately-owned land near Sandy Water Park is the fourth site that the community, which has lived in the town for several years, has used this year.
Carmarthenshire Council went to court to obtain an eviction order but the travellers moved of their own accord hours before Monday's 1000GMT deadline.
The council said alternative sites for the caravans and lorries were offered.

The travellers have lived locally for several years but they and the council cannot find agree on a suitable site for them to stay.
The latest chapter came as Conservative Party leader Michael Howard, who hails from the Llanelli, unveiled plans to make trespass by travellers a criminal offence.
The council's head of housing, Robin Staines, said: "The travellers moved from Festival Fields at 17.30GMT on Sunday as a result of the court orders we were given on Friday.
"The Welsh Assembly Government has guidance regarding travellers and whenever we move them we consult them as regards their health and welfare needs and offer them alternative accommodation."
But he said now they were on private land it would be up to the landowner to move them on.
"It is a privately-owned site and it is a matter for the landowners to take action to remove the travellers," added Mr Staines.
The travellers declined to comment to the BBC Wales news website.
On Monday Mr Howard claimed human rights laws were making it easier for travellers to abuse planning rules.
But the Conservative leader has been accused by the other parties of "opportunism".
The Gypsy and Traveller Law Reform Coalition said there was a shortage of travellers sites across the UK and creating around 5,000 legal pitches would help end the legal wrangles caused by illegal encampments.
