Lottery jackpot still unclaimed
Lottery balls - generic
A 7m prize is still unclaimed in Northern Ireland and 2.8m in Lancashire.
The cost of Christmas could be less of a headache this year for someone in the Vale of Glamorgan - if they would only hand over their lottery ticket.

The ticket bought a month ago matched six numbers, but the winner has still not claimed their 935,110 jackpot.

"At this time of year, with so many receipts and lists, it would be easy to put the ticket down and then forget about it," said a Camelot spokesperson.

Another Lotto player in the same area still has 118,011 unclaimed from July.

The winner of the earlier draw - for five winning numbers plus a bonus number on the 31 July draw - only has until next month to claim their prize.

Camelot spokesperson Fabian Devlin said: "I would urge everyone to have a thorough check of their paperwork, to search through wallets, bags and pockets anywhere that a Lotto ticket could be hiding."

As with all National Lottery prizes, winners have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prizes, otherwise the money goes to good causes.
