Man remanded over 'asbo breach'
Richard Lloyd
Richard Lloyd was arrested on Monday night
A man has appeared in court accused of breaking an anti-social order banning him from a village in Conwy.

Richard Morris Lloyd, 44, was arrested on Monday night.

He was given an anti-social behaviour order in June last year after neighbours successfully applied for a two-year order for him to stay away from Dwygyfylchi near Penmaenmawr.

Mr Lloyd was remanded in custody by Llandudno magistrates on Tuesday.

There was no application for bail nor was a plea entered.

He gave an address in Colwyn Bay to the court.

Last Saturday, Mr Lloyd was granted conditional bail by magistrates after he denied defying a ban on drinking alcohol in a public place
