The cause of a blaze which badly damaged the nursery section of a primary school in Flintshire is being investigated by fire officers. The blaze at Ysgol Croes Atti, Flint, broke out at around 0030 GMT on Saturday.
Firefighters from Flint and Deeside brought it under control.
A North Wales fire service spokesperson said the fire was in a portable building, which was part of the school in Chester Road.
It is believed that up to 30 children attend the nursery section at the Welsh-medium school.
