Police have appealed to the community for further information |
Three firearms and a quantity of what police believe are drugs have been seized by police during a series of raids in Rhos near Wrexham. A revolver, a shotgun and a rifle were taken during the police operation over the last three days.
No arrests have been made but North Wales Police said they are seeking two local men in connection with the seizures.
Police believe the weapons are related to the local drugs scene.
The weapons and the suspected drugs are now undergoing forensic examination.
"The drugs scene is often linked to other forms of criminality," said Detective Inspector Neill Anderson from Wrexham CID
"We are appealing to the public to help make their communities safer places to live by passing on any relevant information to the local police," he added.
