Mr Hann said tickets for TNS' home match at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground had been on sale for four days.
He suspected that many fans were waiting to see what the result was from next week's match before buying their tickets for the second leg.
Tickets are being sold through Spot Distribution which is based on Oswestry's Maesbury Industrial Estate in Shropshire.
