Newly-elected Welsh Labour leader Carwyn Jones tells BBC Wales political editor Betsan Powys it is too early to say if his defeated rivals in the contest will be in his cabinet.

Mr Jones, who beat Health Minister Edwina Hart and backbench AM Huw Lewis with 52% of the vote, is due to be confirmed as first minister in the Welsh assembly next week, said he hoped to name the cabinet a few days later.

He also said he aimed "to reach out to the whole of Wales".
