Mother on X Factor roller-coaster

The mother of Lucie Jones, who was knocked out of ITV's X Factor, has criticised judge Simon Cowell for contradictions in the judges' vote.

The 18-year-old from Pentyrch, near Cardiff, was beaten by the twins known as "Jedward" after losing the public vote.

Her mother Jill described the experience as an emotional roller-coaster but despite her disappointment her daughter was already looking to the future.
