Pregnancy toll on singer Church

The couple have been together for four years and have two children

TV presenter and singer Charlotte Church says having two children has taken its toll on her body.

The mother of Ruby, aged 23 months, and seven-month-old Dexter, told Hello! magazine that her hips were painful when she was pregnant.

She said she would like to have more children although she and her partner, Wales rugby star Gavin Henson, 27, plan to wait a few years.

The couple spoke after holding a christening for their son in Cardiff.

Church, 23, said that although she loved having children, she suffered during her last pregnancy.

"I suffer badly with aching hips when I'm pregnant and last time, with Dexter, it was so painful," she said.

Wales rugby star Henson, who is on unpaid, indefinite leave from his Ospreys side, said: "We definitely want more kids, though, but we think we'll wait a few years now till Ruby goes to school."

The couple held Dexter's christening at St Mary of the Angels Church in Cardiff.

They celebrated the event with more than 100 guests at a party at their farmhouse in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The pair, who signed an exclusive deal with Hello! to cover the event, told the magazine they do not plan on getting married yet.

"Hopefully we'll get married at some point, but it's not a priority or something we're planning at the moment," Henson, 27, added.
