Kim Davies was given a final writen warning |
A top traffic warden has been given a final warning after a disciplinary hearing found her guilty of misconduct. Kim Davies, 37, the principal traffic warden in Cardiff based at the city's central police station, was issued with a final written warning following complaints from her colleagues.
She had been accused of bullying, harassment and victimisation by other wardens and was suspended on full pay for more than two years while an investigation into the claims was carried out.
The complaints were made about Mrs Davies, who is in charge of 50 wardens, following a change in work routines.
The public services union Unison represented the wardens who had made the complaints about Mrs Davies during the investigation which was headed by South Wales Police's deputy chief constable Paul Wood.

"She has been given a final written warning valid for two years."
The decision was welcomed by Pat McCarthy, the women's regional officer for Unison.
"This decision is a clear message that misconduct will not be tolerated," she said.
