Boy dies in farm accident

The accident happened at Penmynydd, near Llangefni.
A 12-year-old boy has died following an accident on a farm in north Wales.

The boy died after an accident involving machinery at the farm at Penmynydd, near Llangefni, on Anglesey.

The accident happened just after 1100 GMT on Sunday.

The boy was with his father on the farm when the accident happened, although its not clear if he lived on the farm.

The Health and Safety Executive has opened an investigation into the incident.

Liaison officers from North Wales Police are with the boy's family.
