The majority of people who work in the seaside resort are employed in the tourist industry. Chris Farrow, WDA executive director, said: "This is an important development for Llandudno. "It will transform an existing dilapidated site, bringing new economic and employment opportunities to the area." The business units, named Cwrt Roger Mostyn will be dedicated to the memory of the fifth Baron who died in June 2000. He was very much involved in the early planning of the project. | See also: 29 Mar 02 | Wales 07 May 01 | Wales 06 May 01 | Wales 03 Apr 00 | Wales 17 May 02 | Wales Top Wales stories now: Links to more Wales stories are at the foot of the page. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
