Concern over chemical waste find
Disposal experts have been called in to remove a quantity of chemical waste near the Falkirk Wheel.

The various drums and bottles were discovered near the Roughmute Refuse Centre On Tuesday night.

Central Scotland Police said the containers were mostly empty and did not pose a serious hazard.

The incident caused disruption after the A883 was closed between the Bogton roundabout and the roundabout just before the Three Bridges at Camelon.
