Women's aid host abuse conference
A conference on domestic violence is to be held in Dingwall hosted by police and Ross-shire Women's Aid.

About 120 delegates will hear from experts in the procurator fiscal service, family law, women's aid as well as from a local youth forum.

Carrie Shanks, Northern Constabulary domestic abuse liaison officer for Ross and Cromarty, said many incidents are never reported.

The event is to be held at Ross County Football Stadium on Wednesday.
