�20m shops development for Nairn
A �20m development that includes a supermarket, retail units and a petrol station has been proposed for Nairn.

Pettifer Estates said it would lodge an outline planning application for a site in Forres Road with Highland Council.

The estates said it could create 300 jobs - which would be a mix of full and part-time posts.

Public transport links, footpaths and a 365-space car park have also been proposed. The plans will be available at the Newton Hotel on 29 June.
