Taroub Zahran
Ms Zahran takes over as chief executive from Michael Lennon
One of Scotland's largest social housing organisations has a new chief executive.

Taroub Zahran has been appointed at Glasgow Housing Association, the body which took over Glasgow City Council's housing stock.

Ms Zahran, 45, replaced Michael Lennon who left in February.

The new chief executive worked for the health service for 10 years in a range of roles in human resource management and organisational development.

Ms Zahran said she was looking forward to progressing an agenda for social and community regeneration.
