86m investment brings new homes
An investment of 83m will create about 1,500 new homes in Glasgow over the coming year, it has been announced.

A further 3m will go to the Clyde Gateway regeneration project under the funding package announced by Communities Minister Rhona Brankin.

Mrs Brankin said the investment would create "mixed, vibrant communities with a range of homes for rent and for low cost ownership".

The investment is a 14% increase on last year's allocation of 70.7m.
