Helping elderly people cope through the cold weather

Scotland has been badly hit in the current cold spell, with parts of the Scottish Highlands experiencing the arctic blast for the last 3 or 4 weeks.

Many elderly residents have been house-bound while some shops have been running low on supplies as deliveries struggle to get through.
