Edinburgh Airport reopens after heavy snow is cleared

Edinburgh Airport has reopened after being closed since the early hours of the morning as snow caused widespread disruption in the Lothians and Fife.

Easyjet and British Airways said the effects of disruption mean many passengers will not be able to travel on Wednesday.

BAA said anyone expecting to fly should check with their airlines before they set out.
