The appeal of the Libyan convicted of the Lockerbie bomibing faces further delays. One of the five judges hearing the case, Lord Wheatley, has had heart surgery and is not expected back until September.
Lockerbie campaigner Jim Swire has called on the Scottish Government to release Abdel Baset Ali Al Megrahi on compassionate grounds while the appeal continues.
