Heroin on prescription
BBC Scotland investigations correspondent Bob Wylie reports on a pilot programme in Germany where addicts have been given heroin on prescription.

Here in Scotland, a former government minister has called for a similar trial to take place. Watch extended interviews with some of the people Bob Wylie to spoke in the course of his investigation.
