A woman is being sought by police after two pensioners were the victims of a bogus caller in Aberdeenshire. The elderly women, aged 87 and 74, both had three-figure sums of money stolen in the Buchanhaven area of Peterhead.
The culprit is described as a woman aged about 20 with dark brown hair tied up in a pony tail.
Grampian Police said the thefts happened in Thores Road and Ugie Street between 2 and 6 March. They appealed for householders to be vigilant.
