Glasgow has maintained its position at the top of Scotland's television licence "League of Shame". Almost 19,000 peole were caught without licences in the city last year - three times as many as in Edinburgh, which was second in the table.
The figures from TV Licensing put Aberdeen in third place, followed by Dundee, Paisley and Kilmarnock in positions unchanged from last year.
Those without a licence face fines of up to �1,000 in court.
Fleets of detector vans can trace all properties in the UK where there is no record of a TV licence.

Surveillance teams can also use hi-tech hand-held scanners to catch those who do not have a licence.
TV Licensing Scotland's Fergus Reid said: "Coming top of the league is usually cause for celebration, but not so for TV licence evaders in Glasgow who have scored an own goal.
"It's unfair to the honest majority of people in Glasgow and Edinburgh, as it's licence dodgers who let the side down and give their town a bad name."
In total, more than 72,000 people who had not bought a licence - which costs �121 for a colour television - were caught in Scotland last year.
