The walkout centred on a disciplinary issue |
The dispute which caused the shutdown of the Glasgow Underground last week has been resolved. No trains ran on the underground for more than four hours on Friday after 60 staff walked out.
The dispute was over disciplinary action against a union official, who had refused to work at a station where he had allegedly been attacked.
Strathclyde Passenger Transport and the T&G union reached agreement after three hours at conciliation service Acas.
Details of the settlement are being kept confidential.
