Scottish National Party leader John Swinney has revealed details of his frontbench reshuffle following the Holyrood elections. Mr Swinney said that his "strong and talented team" comprised seasoned campaigners and some new additions and all of them would "fight for Scotland's interests".
He stated that the environment and rural issues would be given a much higher profile, with that portfolio given to deputy leader Roseanna Cunningham.
Ms Cunningham's previous role on justice matters has now been given to campaign manager and former health spokeswoman Nicola Sturgeon.

Other women also have key roles, with new face Shona Robison speaking on health and social justice and responsibility for education and lifelong learning falling to Fiona Hyslop.
Jim Mather has become the other new entry to the frontbench team and has responsibility for enterprise and economy matters.
Fergus Ewing has been appointed spokesman on finance and public services and the chief whip's role has been given to Bruce Crawford.
Kenny MacAskill retains responsibility for transport and tourism.
Mr Swinney said: "This is a strong and talented team, with a mix of new faces and experienced campaigners.
"Together we will hold the Lib/Lab executive to account and ensure that they are never able to hide from their primary duty - to fight for Scotland's interests."
Mr Swinney said Ms Cunningham's role at environment would "return the SNP to its historic position as Scotland's true green party".
Former finance spokesman Alasdair Morgan has become convener of the SNP's parliamentary group at Holyrood under the shake-up.
