David Miller died after he slipped through the ice on the pond in the village of Cowie. The pond was filled in with earth after the tragedy. But the emergency services were called out on Monday afternoon to rescue a youngster trapped in mud.
An investigation into David Miller's death was launched after the tragedy on the frozen pond last month. He was understood to have been playing with a friend when he fell into the freezing water near his home.
