Talks between the Lib Dems and Tories over reaching a power-sharing deal will continue to be "very constructive and very positive", Shadow Foreign Secretary William Hague said.

Conservative and Lib Dem negotiators are meeting in Westminster to try to agree how to move forward following the declaration of a hung parliament on Friday.

Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg has also said "everyone was being constructive".
