SNP and Plaid's hung parliament co-operation

The SNP and Plaid Cymru have pledged to form a 'Celtic block' in the event of a hung parliament.

Leaders Alex Salmond and Ieuan Wyn Jones said there could be a "once in a generation possibility" to influence government.
