SNP's Alex Salmond: Election a 'chance for Scotland'

SNP leader Alex Salmond will tell his party that a hung parliament at Westminster would be "an opportunity for Scotland" at their spring conference on Saturday.

Mr Salmond is expected to tell delegates that the coming UK general election can provide the party with an opportunity to extract concessions for Scotland.
