Clegg pledges 'fairness' for Scotland

The Liberal Democrat leader, Nick Clegg, has outlined some of the party's election pledges at the party's Scottish conference in Perth.

Mr Clegg said there should be four steps to a fairer Britain including fairer taxation and politics.

He accused Labour of ''turning its back'' on the values of fairness.
