PM: 'Still determined to get treaty'

Gordon Brown has told environmental agencies that he is "still determined to get a climate change treaty" and urged European nations to aim for "ambitious" emission cut targets.

Speaking via videolink from his constituency in Kirkcaldy, Mr Brown also urged countries to guarantee fast-track climate change funding for poor countries, saying "this is an emergency now".
