Cameron on 'sad milestone'

Conservative party leader David Cameron has spoken about the death of a 100th UK soldier in Afghanistan in 2009.

Mr Cameron, who has just returned from visiting troops in Helmand, said the death marked a "sad milestone" and was "a stark reminder of the daily threat our troops face".
