'Delay Iraq war' Blair told by senior officer

A senior British officer told the then Prime Minister Tony Blair to delay the invasion of Iraq, an inquiry into the conflict has heard.

Major General Tim Cross said he told Mr Blair planning for after the war was "woefully thin" and that Iraq could descend into chaos after the invasion.
