Cameron under referendum pressure

Tory leader David Cameron will say "later this week" what his policy is on a Lisbon Treaty referendum.

The Czech constitutional court has rejected an appeal against the treaty, paving the way for its final approval.

Speaking at a news conference, he said Britain was now facing a "new situation".
